You're billed based on the number of active students in your account each month. If a student is paused or removed, they won't count toward your bill. The Starter plan is always free for up to 250 students.
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you need to. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
We'll let you know when you're getting close and give you plenty of time to decide. You can upgrade to Growth to unlock unlimited students — or remove inactive students to stay on the free plan.
